San Francisco Firefighters Toy Program Guidelines
1. Only one application per family will be accepted. You must be the parent or legal guardian of the child/children that you are applying for. Do not make duplicate appointments for more than one child. Make one appointment for all children.
2. You MUST be a resident of San Francisco to apply for this program
3. San Francisco Firefighters Toy Program is for children aged infant through age 12, living in San Francisco.
4. You must be present to pick up toys; no one else can pick toys up for you.
Valid Identification is required for the parent or guardian and for each child with the child’s birth date, to obtain toys. Parent’s identification must show an address in San Francisco. Birth Certificates are acceptable for child’s identification. If you are the legal guardian of a child, you must show official paperwork stating that you are the legal guardian. No social security cards will be accepted.
To pick up toys on the day of your appointment please go to325 Newhall Street Monday- Friday. On Saturdays, pick up at 2225 Jerrold Ave.
